New Media Local
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Using this website
These Terms of Use apply to the New Media Local website, including information about The Lab, AuthorityProof, and Baltimore Content Studio. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Website information and assessments
Website content is provided for general business information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. An AI Business Assessment is a business discussion intended to identify needs and possible next steps. Booking an appointment does not create a paid engagement or obligate you to purchase services.
Service agreements and pricing
Paid work requires a separate agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, cancellations, ownership, and other project details. That agreement governs the engagement if it conflicts with general website information. Prices and package descriptions on this website may change; the agreed written scope and pricing control your purchase. These website terms do not create a refund or cancellation policy for a specific engagement.
AI, content, and business outcomes
AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output. Any use of AI in a client project, review requirements, approvals, and handling of business information should be addressed in the project agreement. You should review content before relying on it or publishing it. Examples and case studies illustrate particular work and do not guarantee leads, revenue, search rankings, AI citations, visibility, or any other business result.
Booking and inquiries
Provide accurate contact information and only share information you are authorized to disclose. Calendly manages appointment scheduling under its own terms. The current Studio inquiry form opens your email application; the inquiry is sent only when you send that email. Contact us if you need to reschedule or have trouble with booking. Please do not submit confidential third-party information through general contact fields.
Website content and intellectual property
Website branding, designs, text, and media belong to New Media Local or their respective owners, except where otherwise indicated. You may view the site and share links for lawful purposes. Reproducing, republishing, or commercially using protected materials requires permission or another lawful basis. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned client work are determined by the applicable service agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, impersonation, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, or bypass security controls. Respect applicable law and the rights of other people.
Third-party services and links
The website includes third-party services and links, including Calendly, YouTube, Google Maps, and external resources. Those providers have separate terms and privacy policies. New Media Local does not control their availability, content, or practices. Review their terms before using their services.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, or changes obligations in an executed service agreement.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the website evolves. Changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown above. For questions about the website or these terms, contact Lorita Kimble at [email protected].
